Consent agenda — Miller Park crosswalk/sidewalk improvements The consent agenda included a crosswalk and sidewalk work at Miller Park (west side improvements). Council member Clay asked whether the item covered only west-side sidewalk improvements; staff confirmed. Council member Smotherson explained the east side has large parking lots and buildings, which is why the west side was selected. The consent agenda motion was made by Council member Smotherson, seconded by Council member Clay, and approved by voice vote.
Resolution 202501 — St. Louis County Wastewater Reduction Grant Council approved Resolution 202501, accepting the St. Louis County Wastewater Reduction Grant. The motion was made by Council member Teeman, seconded by Council member McMahon, and approved by voice vote.
Closed session motion Council voted to enter a closed session under the cited statute for legal actions and privileged attorney communications. The motion to move into closed session was made by Council member McMahon and seconded by Council member Fuller; the roll-call vote on the motion recorded ayes from all members present.
