Board of Adjustment approves minutes and reelects Jared Frank as chair, Arnie Sprungner as vice chair

At the close of the Feb. 20 meeting, the City of Wildwood Board of Adjustment approved the minutes of its Jan. 16, 2025 meeting and elected officers for the coming year.
A board member moved to approve the Jan. 16 minutes and the motion passed on voice vote with all members present voting in favor. The board then accepted a slate to elect Jared Frank as chair and Arnie Sprungner as vice chair; members voted by voice to approve the slate and both officers will serve another year.
Planner Robin Keith reminded the board that elections are held annually and that both positions were open for nomination. No additional nominations were made from the floor before the board voted.
The meeting adjourned after the vote.
