The Lee's Summit City Council moved an amendment to the Streets of West Pryor Chapter 100 industrial development plan to second reading and approved a separate budget amendment at its Feb. 10 meeting.
Developer Matt Pennington of Drake Development described three remaining pads at the Streets of West Pryor site — including a prominent hotel pad — and said the request for an amended and restated Chapter 100 master plan is intended to extend the project’s sales-tax exemption on construction materials.
