CHSD 128 board enters closed session on employment and negotiations after unanimous roll call

Trustee Don Carmichael made the motion to enter closed session "for the purposes of employment of employees 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1) and collective negotiating matters 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(2)," and Lisa Hessel seconded. The board conducted a roll-call vote with the following results: Don Carmichael — Aye; Cara Drumke — Aye; Lisa Hessel — Aye; Middleish Kotwal — Aye; Sonal Kulkarni — Aye; Jim Batson — Aye. The motion passed on a unanimous vote.
Board members said there would be no action after the closed session and the meeting adjourned after the closed-session motion.
