Board member Don Carmichael moved to go into closed session for the purposes of "employment of employees 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1) and collective negotiating matters 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(2)," and Lisa Hessel seconded the motion. The roll call vote was recorded as Aye from Don Carmichael, Cara Drumke, Lisa Hessel, Middleish Kotwal, Sonal Kulkarni and Jim Batson.
Board members recessed to closed session; meeting minutes indicate there were no action items after the closed session when the group reconvened.
