Officials said Scott (a borough staff/engineer) and Natalie (staff planner) have prepared a plan and a cost estimate needed for the grant application and that, if the grant is awarded, the borough would finalize the scope with engineering before proceeding. There were no public objections recorded during the hearing and the council closed the public portion of the hearing.
No formal appropriation or commitment was made during the hearing; funding and final design will be determined if the grant is awarded.
