Lisa (program director, Allegheny Cleanways and cochair) moved to approve the January meeting minutes; Kelsey Ripper seconded the motion and the commission voted to approve. Lisa also moved to approve the February agenda; Amiye Aquili (cochair and sustainable procurement specialist, Office of Management and Budget) seconded and the agenda was adopted by voice vote.
