City says Waste Management will pick up remaining carts by March 14; provides contact for billing issues

City staff told the council that Waste Management will run an additional pickup through Radcliff beginning March 14 to collect remaining residential trash carts and dumpsters left in neighborhoods. Staff asked residents to leave cans at the road so crews can retrieve them.
"By March 14, they're gonna be coming through again the city to pick up all their leftover cans," staff said. The city said most cans in Redmoor had been collected and that dumpsters remain in some locations while crews finish converting to carts.
Staff said residents whose carts are not collected or who have billing questions can contact Waste Management at the email provided in the meeting: kreyn0l2@wm.com. City staff member Ashley said she has been coordinating with Waste Management to complete the remaining pickups.
No formal action was taken; staff said they will continue to monitor and assist residents who report missed collections.
