- Stormwater and public works: Contract award for electrical utility supply and distribution services for stormwater management (period 04/01/2025–03/31/2029; amount not to exceed $430,000) and approval of a professional services agreement with V3 Companies for stormwater habitat management services (05/01/2025–04/30/2026; amount as stated in meeting materials).
- Housing/land use related finance: County staff reported prior HOME set‑asides and project work during the housing presentation; specific contract approvals for HOME/CDBG projects were announced within staff reports and under committee business where applicable.
