Council accepts preliminary water-availability applications for two small parcels

The second application is for Gladys Brothers Property Holdings LLC for a 0.44-acre parcel at 411 Patience Drive in Area A, zoned AO. Jackie said sewer is not available and the applicant wishes to build a single-family home; staff requested acceptance of the preliminary application to allow utility review.
Council did not vote on final approvals during the work session; staff presented the preliminary applications for acceptance to begin utility review.
