Board approves minutes, moves to nonpublic session; summary of formal actions

At the end of the public meeting, Attorney Bernie Campbell moved that the board enter nonpublic session under RSA 91-A (personnel provision referenced as RSA 91-A 3 II). The motion was seconded by Peter Morgan; a roll-call vote recorded all five members as voting yes and the board recessed to nonpublic session. The board announced it would not return to public session.
