Franklin City parks commission hears spring maintenance update, approves minutes and plans signage and storage steps

At a meeting of the Franklin City Parks and Recreation Commission, staff provided an update on spring maintenance across Franklin City parks, commissioners reviewed new park marketing and donation signage, and the commission approved meeting minutes and adjourned.
