Deputy Mayor Brian Sackett moved to approve the matching grant and Commissioner Abby Shoemaker seconded. The commission voted 5-0: Mayor Matthew McMillan, Deputy Mayor Brian Sackett, Commissioners Abby Shoemaker, Tony Boney and Matt Morgan voted yes.
