A longtime MacGregor resident told the City Council during public comment on March 10 that a planned subdivision near Willowway appears to come up close to the rear fence lines of existing homes, could block the only vehicle access used to bring in metal storage buildings, and may reduce informal access along a side street.
"What I wanted to know is how far are they gonna come up to the back of our property? Because it look like it's pretty close to the back of our property," the resident said, expressing concern that lot lines and grading could eliminate the narrow access route residents use to move storage buildings into their yards.
