Tolland described the planned mixed-use path as improving safety and connectivity to bus stops, shopping and the nearby hospital and said she would raise an update to the city’s master plan during an upcoming workshop.
The full consent agenda — presented as routine items — was approved by voice vote. No separate amendment or separate dissent on the Hand Avenue grant was recorded at the meeting.
