The commission approved: (A) an award to Creative Meeting Management LLC for special events production (RFP-5010RS); (B) awards to Unique Mobile Car Service and AK American Investments LLC doing business as Excel Auto Body for automotive paint and body works (ITB-25-14RS); (C) a request to increase the not-to-exceed amount for the outdoor pool deck resurfacing at Westmont Recreation Center with Classic Marsite Incorporated (S-25-008GR); and (D) awards to SP Designs and Manufacturing, Inc. and Adware and Specialty of Texas, Inc. for athletic apparel for sports programs (ITB-25-5-KY).
A single motion to approve finance items A through D was made and passed unanimously. The meeting transcript lists the solicitation titles, vendors and solicitation numbers but does not include individual contract amounts or additional contract documents in the public record.
The approval moves the solicitations and contract actions forward for execution by city staff.
