The commission adopted Ordinance No. 18‑30‑25 on second reading to revise the Capital Improvement Program planning horizon to cover fiscal years 2025–2029 and to update project timing and funding. The ordinance was read into the record by the city attorney. A roll‑call vote recorded “yes” from Commissioner O’Malley, Commissioner Reese, Commissioner Toney, Commissioner Brunshein and Mayor Bates; the motion passed unanimously.
