The measures, which returned to the commission after initial votes on Aug. 19, 2024, passed on second reading with an identical roll-call of yes votes from Commissioner Maria Paiva, Commissioner Dan Reed, Commissioner Kevin Reed and Vice Mayor Jessica Davis. The city attorney read each ordinance aloud before staff and the applicant presented details and answered commissioners' questions.
