- Programming and events: Staff outlined July 4 plans — headliner and opening acts are booked — and fundraising and volunteer-based programming (yoga, summer camp ideas). Staff asked the board to authorize grant applications and marketing steps (handled elsewhere on the agenda).
- Water turn-on and spring schedule: Staff anticipates park water being turned on in April if weather permits and noted the middle-school baseball season will use Babe Ruth Park early in April.
