County to submit CRAB levy certification electronically; Ecology signature delegation to appear on next agenda

She said the county typically receives between $1 million and $2 million in CRAB RAP funds per biennium and that those funds support arterial and collector road projects.
The board agreed the chairman could sign electronically to certify the CRAB form. Public Works also told the board that Ecology requires an electronic-signature delegation (naming the public works director as the responsible official) when a new board takes office; staff will place a formal letter and an electronic signature form on next week’s agenda for the board’s record.
No formal disagreement or vote occurred; staff will file the electronic CRAB certification and prepare the Ecology delegation letter for formal agenda inclusion.
