The draft plan, released Feb. 14 and open for public comment through Monday, March 17, recommends continuing and expanding a regional pond monitoring program, creating a regional funding source to support pond projects, developing model wetland buffer bylaws and orders of condition, and boosting communications and technical assistance to towns and neighborhood pond groups.
