Adams County HHS director flags Medicaid cut risks and reiterates CLASS requirement in state contract

Kelly outlined the county-level exposure if federal Medicaid funding is reduced, saying that 26.4% of Adams County residents are on Medicaid and that 37 local businesses receive Medicaid funding.
