Pastrella said the county is expediting reviews: the first review is expected to have a two‑week turnaround and the county's goal is to issue a permit within 30 days once a complete application and building plans are submitted. He also noted that one‑stop permitting centers are open to help residents begin the rebuild process and that resources and guidance are available at recovery.LAcounty.gov.
