"I've done my own preliminary review of it and... there was only very minor changes that I could see," Hardy said, offering to meet one-on-one, accept emails or calls and to help prepare a final draft the commission could advertise and approve.
Commissioners discussed holding a special-called meeting or a working dinner to discuss the bylaws and to coordinate training for members. Hardy said he would check the capstone training schedule and identify who needs full certification, recertification or has not yet completed training, and he indicated a goal of finalizing bylaws by the first meeting in May if the commission wishes but emphasized he would not rush the process.
Members referenced Thomas (Robert) rules of order and local training options including a 5-to-9 p.m. Zoom class offered periodically; Hannah Thompson was identified as a source for the capstone training schedule.
