Tyler Technologies — community development software change order The council approved an internal change order to add 184 hours of professional services from Tyler Technologies to finish the city’s Tyler community development implementation. The additional work was presented by Mr. Carlton and staff said the cost is $23,920 to come from the IT fund reserves. Motion to authorize the city finance director to sign the change order was made and seconded; the council voted aye and the motion passed.
