MILLS — At its March 11 meeting, the Mills City Council approved an ordinance vacating a 0.63-acre parcel of the former Wyoming Boulevard and transferring the parcel to Mobile Concrete Inc., adopted an amendment to chapter 13.03 governing utility billing and collection, and approved a catering permit for Uncorked Fine Wine and Spirits.
The council, led by Mayor Leon Reyes, also read a proclamation designating March 12, 2025, as National Service Recognition Day, acknowledged AmeriCorps and Serve Wyoming’s local contributions and held two executive sessions — one on a property matter and one on a personnel matter — after which no formal action was taken.
