Council moves forward on Cleveland Street contract and keeps Ryze Lane funding in proviso after cost review

Lancaster County staff reported updates on two road projects funded through the capital-projects proviso: Cleveland Street in the town of Kershaw and Ryze Lane (a dead-end road near Indian Land). Cleveland Street (Kershaw)
