Vigo County council approves reorganization and pay changes for county group homes after extended debate

Council members and county staff said the restructuring combines two therapeutic positions, creates a finance-and-compliance manager, raises the operations and treatment/licensing director grades, eliminates an office-manager position and transfers one maintenance position to the county maintenance department.
