Titusville CRA approves FY 2024 annual report and will transmit to creating municipality

The City of Titusville Community Redevelopment Agency on March 11 approved its fiscal year 2024 annual report and authorized transmittal to the creating municipality and taxing authorities.
Miss Sue, executive director for the CRA, presented the report and asked for board approval and transmittal to meet the March 31 reporting deadline. "Staff is recommending that you approve the FY '24 annual report for the City of Titusville's Community Redevelopment Agency and approve the transmittal of the report to the CRA's creating municipality, the City of Titusville, to meet the 31 March deadline," she said.
Member Nelson moved to approve the FY 2024 annual report and transmittal; Member Ball seconded. After a brief confirmation about the mayor being temporarily absent, the board took a voice vote and the motion carried.
The executive director said audited financial information will be added to the report after the city's financial audit is complete, and courtesy copies will be sent to taxing authorities and the report posted as required by statute.
The approval was a procedural step to meet the statutory posting deadline; staff will finalize and publish the report with audit information when that audit is completed.
