District shows pilot of ANIVE data dashboard; curriculum committees move toward April adoptions

District staff demonstrated a pilot executive data dashboard developed with ANIVE that pulls student information from multiple sources and will support principals, counselors and teachers in identifying strengths, weaknesses and specific students for interventions.
The presenter said ANIVE has connected to Infinite Campus, NCAS and MAP data and is working to add ACT and DIBELS. The executive dashboard allows users to view enrollment by building and grade, track student groups, compare year‑over‑year enrollment, and drill into assessment proficiency and contribution analysis across school, grade, ethnicity and free‑and‑reduced status.
Why it matters: staff said the dashboard will shorten the time required to desegregate data and identify intervention groups, supporting continuous improvement work and targeted MTSS strategies. Principals and counselors will receive dashboards that allow further drilldown to individual students; teacher dashboards are planned last and the full rollout is expected in the fall, staff said.
Curriculum work: staff also reported that preschool, K–12 social studies and K–12 English learner curriculum committees have completed stage‑2 material review this school year. Committees created rubrics and have been evaluating vendor materials; staff plan Zoom follow‑ups with vendors in March and to bring material adoption proposals to the board at the April working session.
Staff cautioned that the ANIVE dashboard is in pilot and data may still require validation. The district said it will continue to ingest additional data sources and refine KPIs and success criteria before full deployment.
