City previews a batch of Bureau of Mines change orders; $13,000 scope removal expected

Staff also said they discovered a scope removal today that will reduce the Winter Brothers contract by approximately $13,000.
All of the change orders are funded with Bureau of Mines project money; staff said they are following procurement documentation standards and will present the approvals to the council for action next week.
