3) Resolution 14-2025 — Ogden Valley Recreation Transmission Special Service District trustee appointment (H.2): Reappointed Michael Zindell to the Ogden Valley TV/Recreation Transmission Special Service District to serve until Dec. 1, 2028. Motion approved by roll call (Commissioner Gage Froer — aye; Commissioner Jim Harvey — aye; Chair Sharon Bolanos — aye).
4) Resolution 15-2025 — Public Defender Board appointment (H.3): Reappointed Judge West to the Public Defender Board for an additional three-year term. Motion approved by roll call (three ayes).
5) Ordinance (first reading) — Solid waste fees (H.4): Approved first reading of an ordinance amending Section 16-29 of the Weber County Code to implement the 2025 contract-based 5% increase to collection fees in Ogden Valley and reduce the county administrative fee from $2.00 to $1.50 per month. Motion passed by voice vote (three ayes).
6) Public hearing and action — 2025 operating and capital budget amendments (Item I): Following a public hearing, commissioners approved Resolution 16-2025, amending the Weber County 2025 operating and capital budget to move forward a set of rollover and new items described in the packet. Motion passed by roll call (three ayes).
