City Manager presented the list of claims over $25,000 called out for council approval: $30,362.03 to Freeborn-Mower Electric Cooperative; $30,563.13 to Springbrook Holdings Company; $33,371.60 and a separate $61,954.25 to Apex Facility Solutions, LLC; and $41,753.84 to Albertlea Apartments, LLC. The council moved to approve the claims (motion by Councilor Anderson, second by Councilor Baker) and the clerk called the roll; the motion carried.
The payments were presented as part of the routine claims-approval process; council did not discuss the individual invoices during the meeting.
