Board members thanked donors and former trustee Jeremy Meiling for continued support of district programs. Most items were routine procurements or maintenance projects; directors said delays and supply-chain issues motivated some early approvals to avoid cost escalation. Several construction and athletic-complex items will return on March 25 for further action or award of bids (Justin Garza projects).
