The committee approved forwarding the budget revisions to the full board (motion placed on consent and recorded 4–0 with three absent).
Later in the meeting the committee voted to go into closed session under Wisconsin Statutes section 19.85(1)(c) for the purpose of staff planning regarding individual teacher assignments and duties. The motion to enter closed session was moved and seconded, roll call was taken and the committee entered closed session with a unanimous recorded vote of those present.
Committee members closed the public portion of the meeting after the roll call and ended the live stream; administrators said they would return to announce any public items if needed later.
