After a district evaluation process that drew six CMC proposals, staff recommended engaging YGAN as the construction manager as constructor for the career and technical education (CTE) alternative school project and FCI as the construction manager as constructor for the transportation facility. The evaluation committee interviewed five teams and used a rubric that weighed fees, CMC experience and prior work with the district. The board approved the recommendation on a motion by Mr. Vogt, second by Ms. Slaughter; the chair called the voice vote and the motion passed.
