Board enters closed session to discuss compensation plan and candidates for director of public works

The clerk called the roll: Trustee Olsen — aye; Trustee Wells — aye; Trustee Kripke — aye; Trustee Mander — aye; Trustee Engelhardt — aye; Trustee Emerick — aye; President Hekendorf — aye. The board announced there may be action following the closed session.
