At the Feb. 13 Snoqualmie Valley School District board meeting, trustees took three routine formal actions during the opening business segment.
The board voted to approve the meeting agenda, to approve the minutes of the Jan. 23 regular meeting and to approve the consent agenda, which included six gifts to the district. No recorded objections were noted in the meeting transcript; the chair called each vote and members responded “Aye.”
The consent‑agenda gifts read into the record were: - Cascade View Elementary PTSA: $2,100 for Camp Waskowitz (Cascade View Elementary). - Cascade View Elementary PTSA: $2,000 for Camp Seymour (Cascade View Elementary). - North Bend Elementary PTA: $5,000 for principal discretionary fund (North Bend Elementary). - Snoqualmie Elementary PTSA: $5,500 for grade-level experiences (Snoqualmie Elementary). - Twin Falls Middle School Boosters: $3,126.70 for Spokane hotel for advanced band (Twin Falls Middle School). - Falls City Elementary PTSA: $1,145 for Camp Wasco field trip (Falls City Elementary).
Each consent item was announced and then passed when the board took a single roll-call-style vote on the consent agenda. The board did not take separate votes on individual gifts during this meeting.
