The Muscatine County Board of Supervisors on March 10 approved Resolution O3102501 to release specified Community Services Network (CSN) data to the Iowa Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS).
Community services director Jessica Bose told the board she had sought additional review from Caroche, which indicated no concerns with releasing the requested CSN data. Bose said an updated letter revised by County Attorney Jim was included in the meeting packet and narrowed the data available to DHHS.
Supervisor Jeff moved approval; another supervisor seconded. The board then held a roll call vote: Jeff, Danny, Scott and Kurt each voted aye and the motion passed.
Bose said the release would supply the data DHHS needs; she did not describe further operational details during the meeting. The mental health region separately approved a release, Bose added.
The board recorded passage of Resolution O3102501 by unanimous roll call.
