Mason council adopts multiple street-maintenance contracts and other ordinances on March 10 consent calendar

Staff also brought forward a contract not tied to paving: a facilities upgrade not to exceed $200,000 with PCI Services to upgrade the municipal server-room climate control system, and a not-to-exceed $67,000 purchase and installation of Murtha starting blocks for the Mason Municipal Aquatic Center.
Separately, the council approved a replat for Kings Island Technical Center Block B (Ordinance 2025-25) and set public hearings for conditional-use applications (Ordinances 2025-23 and 2025-24) for April 14.
All listed ordinances and contract awards were adopted or advanced by unanimous roll calls; council members and staff characterized the capital program as part of an ongoing multi-year maintenance strategy to keep up with road needs and to take advantage of market conditions when possible.
