Those procedural items preceded the committee’s review of two minor-subdivision petitions. Committee members moved to close nominations after a single nomination for chair and a single nomination for vice chair, and the appointments were approved by voice vote. The committee also voted to approve the minutes from the Dec. 3, 2024 meeting by voice vote.
The nominations began with a motion to nominate Felicia Rogers for chair and a second; the committee closed nominations and voted by voice. For vice chair, Suzanne Davis was nominated and seconded, nominations were closed and the committee approved the nomination by voice vote. Meredith Rife was confirmed to continue as secretary by voice vote. The committee did not receive public comment on these organizational items.
The committee’s next scheduled meeting is Feb. 4, 2025.
