The Michigan House Health Policy Committee adopted the minutes of its Feb. 26 meeting by unanimous consent at the start of the session. Representative Carter moved to adopt the minutes; the chair announced, "There being no objection, the motion passes."
At the end of the meeting Representative Frisbie moved to excuse absent members. The chair again announced there was no objection and the motion prevailed by unanimous consent.
Both actions were routine procedural items and were approved without recorded roll-call votes.
