The vendor used automated imaging and ride-quality data along roughly 260 center-lane miles to measure distresses including rutting, alligator cracking, longitudinal and transverse cracking, patching and bleeding. The assessment classified road segments into condition categories scored 0 (failed) to 100 (like new).
