3) TEC collaborative agreement amendment: Motion to agree to a modified Tech Collaborative agreement to add King Philip Regional School District and Sharon Public Schools effective July 1, 2025. Moved by William LaBarge, seconded by Jen Moshe. Roll-call: unanimous among members present; outcome: approved.
4) Interpretation/translations funding for FY25: Motion to allow the executive director of finance and operations to transfer funds from the school committee expense budget to additional-salaries to pay for Spanish and Portuguese interpretation (in addition to ASL) starting Jan. 22 and through FY25. Moved by William LaBarge, seconded by Adam Freudberg. Roll-call: unanimous among members present; outcome: approved.
5) Gifts and field trip approvals: The committee accepted multiple gifts to Fuller High School (including covering two AP exam fees) and approved an environmental science field trip for Fuller High School to Camp Denison. Motions moved and seconded; roll-call votes were unanimous among members present; outcome: approved.
6) Minutes: Open session minutes of Nov. 20, 2024 were approved (motion moved by Jen Moshe, seconded by William LaBarge); roll-call: unanimous among members present.
