The Hall County Board of Commissioners on Feb. 25 agreed to table a rezoning application from Clean Eagle RNG LLC for a proposed natural gas facility. The application covered a 22.45‑acre tract on Roy Parks Road and sought rezoning to a planned industrial development to permit a natural gas facility.
Planning staff told the board the applicant requested the item be tabled to the March 27 voting meeting. A commissioner moved to table the item to March 27; the motion was seconded and the chair recorded the vote as in favor of tabling. No substantive presentation or public comment occurred at the Feb. 25 meeting because the applicant requested the delay.
Ending
The item will return to the board’s agenda on March 27 if the applicant proceeds with that schedule.
