What trustees and staff said Administrators and trustees said they sought to prioritize keeping tier-one classroom instruction and small class sizes while aligning staffing to enrollment. Staff and union reaction Art teachers and staff members emphasized that Kiddo funds many art and music salaries and that donor-funded positions should not be treated as an easy target for cuts. Union and classified representatives warned that reductions could eliminate dozens of individual positions when partial FTEs and bumping rights are applied.
