Commissioner Rich Koch moved to approve the subdivision; Commissioner Marlin Bauhard seconded. The motion carried with Koch, Bauhard and Chairman Dean Krueger voting yes.
Farringer also submitted recommended appointments and changes for the Thayer County Planning and Zoning Committee. The board voted to remove Lyle Ritterling from his appointed three-year term due to inability to attend meetings and to appoint Dietrich Brinegar to complete the remainder of Ritterling’s two years. The board appointed Tyler Hergott to a three-year term to fill a vacancy for the Gilead area, and reappointed Jay Gregory and Cody Mumm for three-year terms. Commissioner Rich Koch moved and Marlin Bauhard seconded the motion to remove and appoint the listed members; the motion carried with Koch, Bauhard and Krueger voting yes.
