Anne Silvio moved to approve the minutes with those changes; John Fusick seconded. The motion passed by voice vote.
At the end of the meeting, Robin Bates Mason moved to adjourn; John Pizek seconded. The motion carried and the meeting concluded at 12:58 p.m.
The votes recorded at the meeting were procedural and did not establish new policy or allocate funds.
