Separately, Councilmember Cathcart withdrew an intended motion to suspend the rules for a proposed amendment to resolution 2025-15 relating to a land-capacity analysis. The council also approved the town-hall agenda for March 17 as amended and approved the draft agendas for upcoming meetings. The council approved a staff request to defer consent item 14 (developer agreement) to April 21.
