Owner/applicant Jay Sheridan and architect Michael Katzides answered technical questions about the roof choice and confirmed that TPO membrane was recommended given the low slope and that the membrane would be welded and properly flashed. Commissioners moved and seconded to approve the application with staff conditions; the motion passed.
Staff will require submittal of final window specifications and fixture/roof details prior to permitting.
